TRIBU HUMAN AI S.A.S., through its AZUL business unit, is the controller of personal data collected on this site (azul.lat), in compliance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (personal data protection / habeas data).
What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email, organization, inquiry type, and the content of your message. This site does not use advertising-tracking cookies, and we do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, or — if you explicitly request it — share confidential information (such as our data room) under a non-disclosure agreement. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Your rights

Data retention
We retain contact-form data only for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal or contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
